I ordered the lens cleaner at about 5pm on 14 July and received it the following morning.
I had been having problems playing a number of DVD's on my DVD recorder (the message on the screen stating unknown disc,please check again) but after using the lens cleaner once all the DVD's played perfectly.
I would say that this item is certainly value for money.

I used the DVD lens cleaner to clean the lens because the recording mode was not working properly, it kept freezing. I thought this might solve the problem, but it didn't. Probably not the fault of the lens cleaner, there must be a fault with the recorder. I am sure the cleaner is good for the purpose and I will use it on other machines. Well packaged and arrived in good time.

I couldn't insert any DVDs in my MacBook Pro without it spinning them around and then spitting them back out again, and I was told by a friend that I needed to take it to an Apple shop to get it fixed.... However, I was determined to find my own way around the problem and this disk was fantastic. I ran the clean up program twice, and since then my DVD drive has been good as new. £15 very well spent!

The dvd player on our HDD/DVD player isn't working and after reading all the superb reviews of this product I had high hopes. When it arrived I noticed that it was just a standard dvd cleaner without the liquid, it uses dry clean. It only cleans for about 30 seconds which seems very short to me and it made absolutely no difference at all. I think this product is over priced and overrated.
