4 out of 5 stars Good product   April 6, 2010

I bought the larger version of this rack in Feb 2010, but it can't seem to find it. Once built this is sturdy with a small footprint. Took about an hour to build, no written instructions but the diagrams are clear.
I had a problem as all the screws etc were packed together, the wood screws are small and unfortunately 2 of the screws were wedged into 2 rubber caps that are used to finish off the rack. I was unable to extricate the screws but it didn't prevent the fitting of the rubber caps.
I contacted the seller and they sent 4 replacements unfortunately they were the wrong ones. Another mail and the correct ones were dispatched.
I should point out the missing screws didn't prevent me using the rack as the wooden shelves sits fine without it. I just wanted it properly constructed.

Communications with Watson was always fast and polite, so I would recommend this product.

4 out of 5 stars Shelves   October 19, 2009

Really good delivery (arrived the next day) and easy to put together and look attractive. The only down side is that it doesn't fit as many dvd's as advertised; to fit 100 would need to be 20dvd's per shelf, only 19 will fit! so this only gets four stars!

5 out of 5 stars Single female assembler... no problems!   August 5, 2009

I'm not the best at DIY but this was easy to put together - the instructions aren't great but it is pretty starightforward what goes where so that wasn't a problem.
The only thing I would suggest is using a small, slim phillips screwdriver for the tiny screws which makes things a lot easier.
This is a great product and excellent value for money. It's sturdy and attractive. I only have one empty shelf and I will definitely purchase another one when that is filled.

4 out of 5 stars Great Product, but... fiddly to build !   July 22, 2009

I cant deny how good this product is when its built, it simply looks great and does the job it is asked to do !, the only problem is the assembly which can take some time and alot of patience but once its built its well worth the money, very pleased.

5 out of 5 stars perfect solution   December 19, 2008

It's been a while since I bought this item. Basically I had so many DVDs I was running out of space and was desperate for a storage solution. I saw this tower, it looked perfect. And indeed it is. It took me less than an hour to build and it looks exactly how it does in the picture, which is unusual for me when it comes to DIY! Worryingly I am almost out of space on this tower, and so I'm already planning to buy a second tower; although I see there is a larger model that can hold 140 DVDs, so I might get that instead!

It does exactly what it's supposed to: it stores DVDs, books, CDs, video games in a nice, easy-to-access, compact space. If you're looking for a DVD storage solution, you can't go wrong with this elegant and functional tower.
